I didn’t know what was wrong with my sauna and why it didn’t work. I made a call to the local handyman guy but he could not help me. Then I made a virtual service call to the company and they helped me with the problem. Not only did they narrow down the part that was broken but they found a part that will replace it with no problem. Today my sauna looks better than before because I choose a part which made the heaters heat up evenly, much better than my older parts ever did.

Mainly I was wondering how the material would arrive at my destination. When I inspected the goods I have seen the excellent packaging as well as the kindness and professionalism of the carrier. Also the merchandise has completely satisfied my expectations. THANK YOU

Three of my heaters broke inside my Cedrus Sauna, dealt with a few different companies about replacement and having my sauna back in working conditions. I kept getting answers such as "we don't carry those type of heaters" or the price was extremely marked up. Finally found InfraredSaunaParts and glad that I did. Not only were they in stock and carry parts for many different saunas but their price is lowest on the market. Would not go anywhere else.
